Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables
and fruits specially, oranges, sweet
lime, pine apple, apricot, strawberry,
cherry, black berry, guava, papaya
etc.
Eat green salads, carrot, cucumber,
beet root, tomato, sea foods, egg,
cod liver oil etc.
Drink
plenty of water every day.
Do
exercise regularly as it improves
the blood circulation to the scalp
and stimulates the hair follicles
making them stronger.
Gentle
massage with fingertips for 5 minutes
a day enhances blood flow to the scalp
and stimulates hair growth.
Curd
(cream separated for 30 minutes),
Lemon juice (for 20 Minutes), henna
(for 90 minutes) are good conditioners.
Apply cider vinegar in hair to get
luster and glow. Use rosemary oil on
hair brush and brush the hair.
Vitamin B- complex is good for hair
length and strength.
Boil 1 cup mustard oil with 4 tablespoon
henna leaves. Filter and bottle. Massage
on the scalp regularly or Scrub the
scalp with onions till it becomes red.
Follow up by applying honey to prevent
hair fall.
Use of Indian gooseberries (amla) cut
into pieces and dried preferably in the
shade should be boiled in coconut oil
till the solid matter becomes like
charred dust. Apply this darkish oil to
prevent graying.
The water in which dried amla pieces are
soaked overnight is nourishing to the
hair. This water should be used for the
last rinse while washing the hair to
prevent graying.
Curry leaves boiled in coconut oil is an
excellent hair tonic to stimulate hair
growth and restore hair pigmentation.
After shampooing put a teaspoon of white
vinegar and a few drops of patchouli oil
into a mug of hot water and use this as
a last rinse.
Vitamin B6 and zinc supplements taken
every day reduce oiliness.
On oily scalp apply some talcum powder
on your scalp and brush your hair till
all traces of white disappear to get oil
free look.
